German desirable Personal skills required: - Analytical - Planning and organization - Commercial awareness - Initiative and self-motivation - Teacher - Verbal and written communication (excellent communicator) - Flexibility (can do attitude) - Time management Other - Full clean driving licence - Valid Passport - Willingness to travel As Systems Administrator you are responsible for managing a range of systems and processes that support the smooth running of the Customer Operations department. As Salesforce CRM Administrator the job holder will have significant additional contact with other functional departments, particularly Sales and IT. Job holder will be responsible for administration of the following systems: - ERP - CRM - Sales Analysis tool Jobholder will be responsible for administration of the following processes: - Invoicing - Price and Campaign administration - Overdue Account reminders - Customer set up / credit check Main Duties - Implementation, development and support / maintenance of CRM working with stakeholders across CTEK - Development, support / maintenance of sales analysis tool - Ensuring invoicing / warranty invoicing is carried out in a timely and accurate man-ner - Credit functions including maintaining receivables database and sending / following up reminders to sales team. - Maintaining customer register and ensuring new customers are accurately logged and credit checked - Maintenance of pricing system including administration of temporary price changes (campaigns), including issuing and updating price lists CTEK is a leading global brand in the care and maintenance of vehicle batteries and Chargestorm is a market-leading Swedish developer of products and systems for the charging of electric vehicles.
