You have the capability to: • apply knowledge of industry trends, outlooks and emerging technologies to achieve organisational goals and objectives • provide courteous, timely, and helpful services (incl. digital) to encourage customer loyalty • gather, organise, and analyse digital and other sources of information in an objective manner • use digital data and other insights to forecast and detect errors, gaps, and potential flaws • use excellent rhetoric and presentation skills • find better ways, enable change, inspire others, create togetherness, develop the business, accomplish goals and deliver results • support the Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager in executing against relevant research/analytics opportunities • execute market research within Ingka Centres, including research for the purposes of brand monitoring, customers’ satisfaction, market potential, competitors’ and their rent levels monitoring, new markets analysis, specific qualitative research, web based research, etc. • engage in the planning and implementation of the market research projects, their quality and further usage, both in-house and outsourced • support sustainable sales and income growth for IKEA Centres through long-term sustainable visitation and tenants’ sales development by ensuring availability of holistic and strategic analysis of the market for various business decisions • provide necessary strategic marketing analysis, in close cooperation with the Senior Insights Analysts, as directed by the Insights & Analytics Manager • work in close cooperation with the Insights & Analytics Manager and Senior Insights Analysts to support the marketing planning process with sufficient market information • provide Marketing Managers with properly analysed market information from planned periodical research, as well as support them in specific research requests, specifically in implementing the strategy for commercial development and project management of extension and expansion projects • uphold necessary measures to maintain data privacy, in alignment with Group and IT policies • collaborate with the Marketing Insights and Analytics team in their daily operations, role modelling the culture and values of our organisation Our mission is to enable Meeting Places, acting as a commercial engine to drive visitation and brand awareness through partnership and co-creation of innovative commercial and customer solutions, concepts and insights, creating an outstanding 360* experience for customers and communities.
