At Sandvik IT Services (SITS) we manage the IT needs of our entire global organization by offering technical solutions for hardware and software, architecture, security, system and process development, as well as excellent user support. To our department Support and Operations, we are now looking for a Process Manager for Request Fulfillment to develop our department and initiatives we are part of, and in line with organizational needs. The location for this position is preferably in Sandviken. Your mission – Developing processes and building strong relationships with stakeholders In this role you establish good cooperation with key stakeholders and business representatives and contribute to the overall development of SITS. As an open-minded and inspiring leader, you manage and develop your team members to ensure successful delivery and act as a role model for your department. In addition, you manage different processes and included activities and have the overall responsibility for ensuring functionality to all areas that uses the process and, based on the strategic input for both processes and tools, you set plans and roadmaps for where we are heading. Taking ownership of – and actively driving – development, as well as seeing opportunities and finding new angles for improvement initiatives is an important part of your job. Utilizing your excellent people skills, you also promote and encourage the use of processes to different delivery terms in their daily operations and you monitor external benchmarks and learning. Your character – A structured problem-solver understanding the importance of teamwork We are looking for someone with at least five years’ experience from IT Business, IT Delivery and Service Management, including prior work in a leadership position combined with thorough experience with Request Fulfillment processes. It is advantageous if you have a degree in Computer Science or Business Management or have gained equivalent knowledge from previous work. To succeed in this role, you also need experience from a demanding environment and training groups of people. As we operate in a global setting you are fluent in English, verbally and in writing. Your personality contributes to our achievement – you easily embrace new ideas and are consistent in leading your team and the organization forward. Being dynamic and decisive, you set ambitious targets ensuring the implementation of both short-term and long-term objectives. You are a good listener and with your great communication and leadership skills you easily build up trust within your own network and among our many stakeholders whilst building your own success as well as that of Sandvik IT.
