Your mission – Supporting our organization by a best practice HR delivery As an HR Generalist, you support the organization in HR topics - mostly at our site in Sandviken but also globally - by offering advice and guidance to our managers and employees. You establish improvements, create a solid HR foundation for the area and deliver results both as an individual and as part of our team. We aim for best in practice in our delivery, and you ensure quality in our processes by translating your HR understanding into operative actions. In your daily work, you engage in matters regarding Sandvik’s global HR processes, Rock Tools HR initiatives, health and rehabilitation, union agreements, individual HR-related cases and overall HR administration. Your character – A confident HR ambassador with passion for service We are looking for someone with a degree in HR, or the equivalent skills and knowledge gained from working in the field. You have a few years’ experience from HR in a hands-on manner, and if you are familiar with the HR processes and tools we use within the Sandvik Group, it is highly beneficial. As we support our personnel in an international environment, you need excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish. Your personality makes us better! You are a true representative of HR and this shows in the way you openly and honestly interact with all parts of our organization. As a curious and ambitious doer, you take responsibility for your work and have the capacity to accelerate and move forward when the situation calls for it.
