Arduino AB is looking for a Swedish based accountant to our Malmö office. Arduino is the world’s leading open-source hardware and software ecosystem, which offers a range of software tools, hardware platforms and documentation enabling almost anybody to be creative with technology. Arduino AB is part of the international Arduino group with offices in Italy, Sweden and Switzerland, as well as freelancers in various countries. The main responsibility of this position is taking ownership of the accounting duties in the Swedish entity and synchronizing them with all other Arduino offices. Duties responsibilities: Accounting General day-to-day accounting Cash flows planning Annual book closing Monthly VAT & tax reporting to Swedish authorities Payroll processing Filing the annual company income declaration Admin & HR General contact with all national authorities Assisting with the overall office management Applying for work permits for non-EU employees Assist all non-Swedish employees with Swedish bureaucracy Qualifications: Bachelor's in accounting or higher Fluency in Swedish and English Preferably 2 years of experience in accounting work Proficiency in NetSuite or similar accounting system Proficiency in Visma Lön or similar accounting system Experience of working in an international environment Very good knowledge of Excel Interest and knowledge in systems and to own the entire accounting flow On a personal level You are structured, analytical and have a good eye for details and can keep records and files organized. You can work independently and quickly get into new work-related situations. You are quality conscious, responsive to your views and committed to your work at all levels.
