The IT Development team within Group Functions IT is responsible for supporting our business in several areas – such as business intelligence, web applications and enterprise-wide information services based on database and system integration technology. To fulfil current and future business requirements, we are now acquiring skills in Microsoft Cloud and Robotics Process Automation (RPA). In light of this, we are looking for an IT System Developer with the appropriate background for working with several of these focus areas, and with RPA development in particular. Your mission - Developing solutions to ensure success in our business As an IT Systems Developer in our organization, you contribute in developing solutions to meet our business demands and ensure successful implementation of system improvements. In close collaboration with our business partners, you design, develop, test, debug and implement software solutions based on requirements; taking scalability, security, accessibility and extendibility in consideration. You also actively engage in the full life-cycle of our development processes, which includes pre-studies, system specifications and time estimates. Your character - A driven developer who understands IT from a customer perspective We are looking for a candidate with a systems developer background, combined with a desire and long-term interest to apply your competence of new technology and methods, especially in the subject area of RPA. You have experience from demand management and a general understanding of business processes and functionality, and by using mature working methods, you are able to independently design solutions. Business knowledge from one or more administrative areas, such as HR, finance or legal is beneficial, as is previous work experience with application management. We are a global organization, which also calls for great written and verbal skills in English. We are sincerely interested in your personality – you are driven and analytical, with strong focus on details and accuracy.
