Job Role: Procurement Manager - Asia Pacific Job Description: The (PM) will be responsible for securing supply chain and purchasing goods for trade from across the Asia Pacific continent with particular relevance to the South East Asian and indian Sub-Continent Markets. Exposure into the primary export markets of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other SEA Countries would be added advantage for the job. The job will require extended period of travel and cross continent trade negotiations to achieve the best supply chain and logistical advantage for the company. The candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Bengali and be able to communicate with the target audience to achieve business synergy. The primary objective of the PM will be to source the goods required by the firm at the best price and quality and ensure a continuous support to supply chain management. Educational requirements: Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree. Experience in Asia Pacific Markets and international Markets and working knowledge of finance and accounting are preferred. Other requirements: * Must have a international passport. * Must be willing to travel for extended duration at short notice. * Good negotiations and communication skills. * Prior knowledge of the Asian Sub Continent is preferred.
