About this role
You will be part of Components in Ludvika, a business unit within the division Power Grids. We manufacture power transformers and reactors up to the highest occurring powers and voltages. The unit also offers diagnostics, oil reclaiming, service and spare parts to customers around the world. The Transformer unit in Ludvika has the core competence within the ultra-high voltage levels that are required to transfer a large amount of energy over long distances. Most of the new technology for power transformers is developed here in Ludvika. Tasks: Do you take a genuine interest in people you meet? In the position you will be responsible for successfully combining competence as well as local and global business strategies, the implementation of HR processes and also work with leadership development at one of business units. Requirements: As our HR Business Partner you need to have education within the field, preferably through a degree and if possible in combination with leadership experience. You have a background in HR and deliver excellent results in collaboration with others. If you have previous HR Business Partner experience it is regarded as an advantage. It also advantageous if you have experience from working in large manufacturing businesses and/or have operational HR experience, as well as experience from working in a lean environment. Since you will be working in both a local and international environment it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken alike. As a person you are aware of your strengths as well as of your areas of development. To be successful in this position you need initiative and good communication skills in combination with enthusiasm and confidence. We also value your genuine interest in people as well as your business mind and ability to make sound decisions. It is equally important that you work well with others and have a modest and respectful attitude to people you work with.
