Network Services, part of Enterprise Services, is responsible for all global network service delivery within Sandvik. This includes accountability in the areas of design, development and operation. In a fast-changing environment with new evolution technologies and internet-based applications, network services enable change with continued operational stability to support business needs. By managing central and virtual enterprise teams while addressing operational and strategical challenges, our team provides freedom, visibility, insight and responsiveness. We are now looking for a Network IT Service Coordinator to strengthen our team – an exciting opportunity for you to be part of building the next generation software defined network and cloud services offerings. The location for this position is Kista or Sandviken. Your mission In this position, you are responsible for the daily coordination of our global network services. You support customers in coordinating our services and processes to deliver network services that support more than 500 sites in over 100 countries – always making sure that we deliver in accordance with agreed requests, changes, updates and competences, on time, and in line with our quality standards. You cooperate with both external and internal service providers and are the point of contact for clients in all matters related to the service. We offer several services within our team, and you are the one coordinating this to ensure customer delivery across the whole span. To ensure successful results, you work in close cooperation with our Service Operation Managers and other members of the team. Your character We are looking for someone with a degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent qualification gained from working. You have at least five years’ experience from working in a similar environment, and you are passionate about managing the development and changes for the next generation of networking. You have extensive knowledge of services within a global environment and with external multinational service providers, also in an outsourced environment. Additionally, you have experience from IT service management, vendor management and ITIL principles, and skills in writing processes and operational procedures. As we work in a global setting, you communicate fluently in both written and verbal English. You are a true team player who combines punctuality with an independent working style and outstanding communication skills. You are perceptive and easily create a trusting environment for collaboration, while inspiring and motivating your coworkers and creating team spirit and enthusiasm to reach business goals.
