Therefore, we’re now looking for an IT Librarian to join us on this journey. This is a new role where you have the overall responsibility to support internal and external stakeholders in the usage of our repositories as well as help us to further develop the area. The location for this position is either Sandviken or Kista. Your mission – making sure that processes are followed to implement long term solutions As IT Librarian, you’re the organizer and coordinator who makes sure that both internal and external stakeholders comply with our way of working; this, to ensure long term solutions that benefit the business. Your diplomatic and social skills are key to success in this role, as you are the point of contact for various groups of people. Your main responsibilities include: - Developing the repositories through gathering feedback and demands and channel them to the development teams. - Implementing new functionalities, processes and ways of working. - Educate others about the benefits and functionalities of the repositories - Making sure that others follow laws, policies, GDPR, both internally and externally - Developing processes, tools, and educational materials - Taking part in other projects within the department - Supporting internal and external audits Your character – diplomatic enabler with a passion for structure We are looking for someone with at least ten years’ experience from IT, and preferably also a technical degree. Knowledge of systems, such as CMBD, Alfabet and ARIS, is a plus, and as we operate on the global stage, you must have great English skills, verbally and in writing, and it’s a plus if you also know Swedish. Your personality makes us better! You’re a driven and process-oriented IT professional with a strategic mindset and an eye for the bigger picture. This position includes a large network, and you utilize your great communication skills to adapt to new situations and build strong relations with our stakeholders within both IT and business.
