Welcome to our division At our Crushing and Screening facility in Svedala, we deliver crushing and screening equipment engineered for maximum productivity for our customers across the globe. We have developed a range of digital service solutions that provide our customers with an in-depth insight into their connected Sandvik fleet and enable them to digitalize their operations. Your mission – successfully manage and deliver projects from end to end In this position, you plan, organize, execute and control projects, both large and small, to achieve delivery on time, per budget and within the specified scope and quality – all in line with Sandvik’s project model. You strengthen our project delivery by securing and allocating the right resources, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative assets. Managing dependencies, risks and opportunities is also part of your role, as well as managing changes to the project scope imposed by our customer or based on steering group decisions. You lead, coach and motivate your project team and ensure effective communication with our stakeholders, and you use your project knowledge, together with your drive and development skills, to actively improve our ways of working with existing and new projects. Your character – proactive team player with a passion for communication and problem solving We are looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field of studies, or equivalent knowledge gained from previous experience. You have at least seven years’ experience from managing projects, preferably related to mechanical or automation development, and deep knowledge of different project management methodologies. It’s advantageous if you also have experience from driving international, multi-site projects, and a background working with agile development methods. As we’re located in Svedala, but are part of a global organization, your skills in Swedish and English must be advanced, both verbally and in writing. Your personality makes us better!
