About this role

We are looking for an Executive Lead Management B2B (m/f/d) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you will own and optimize the end-to-end B2B lead management process, analyzing conversion funnels, refining lead scoring models, and improving lead routing to maximize sales performance. Working closely with sales, marketing, and tech teams, you will drive data-driven improvements that increase conversion efficiency and pipeline impact. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You own end-to-end lead management for our B2B Sales Division, optimizing lead generation, allocation, and prioritization to maximize revenue and conversion rates

You identify and evaluate new lead sources and channels, continuously expanding our corporate customer pipeline

You optimize lead allocation processes to ensure the right leads reach the right sales teams at the right time, maximizing conversion efficiency

You monitor and analyze lead performance metrics (volume, quality scores, conversion rates, revenue per lead, time-to-conversion) and implement data-driven improvements

You partner closely with sales, marketing, and tech teams to refine lead scoring, routing logic, and qualification processes

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience: Proven experience in B2B lead management, marketing operations, or sales operations, with hands-on ownership of corporate lead pipelinesPerformance & Optimization: Strong track record in optimizing lead funnels, improving conversion rates, and driving revenue growth through lead quality, scoring, and allocation strategiesData & Processes: Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems, lead scoring models, and translating data insights into scalable process improvements; experience with AI-driven automation is a plusSoft Skills: Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environmentCollaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and tech teams to implement lead management initiatives and deliver measurable impactLanguage & Education: Fluent in English to collaborate with international stakeholders; German is a plus; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related fieldWHAT WE OFFER
