We are now looking for a Functional Manager for Service Enhancement team to lead the way in ensuring successful delivery of business intelligence (BI) solutions to support our business. Your mission – supporting our development by ensuring successful delivery of business intelligence In this position, you take the lead in driving continuous development and improvements of BI solutions in line with business needs. You play a key role in your team’s success by being responsible for competence development of the team members, and for financial follow ups related to ongoing projects. You also work in close cooperation with consulting companies, meaning that you’re responsible for the planning and administration of consultants, and doing effective capacity planning both now and moving forward. Your character – an independent person with great people skills and a passion for communication We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree or equivalent knowledge gained from experience, and you have a technical background of at least five years, in IT or a similar function. To succeed in this role, you have the ability to identify the needs for additional resources and skills in your team, and to evaluate the consultant availability. It’s also advantageous if you have worked in a global team and if you have previous experience from working with consulting companies. As we operate on the global stage, your English skills must be good, verbally and in writing, and knowledge of Swedish is a plus. Your personality makes us better! You’re an independent individual who can take on small and large-scale tasks on your own, and your solution-oriented mindset makes you strongly believe that “if there’s a will there’s a way”. As a people-person, you easily build trust and get along with others, and you identify what kind of support each person in the group needs.
