About this role
As Specialist - Security Risk Automation and Intelligence, you will design and deploy AI agents that will transform how we assess risk, aggregate evidence, and generate security insights at scale. You will also drive integrations of the Security GRC platform to ensure automated data collection, comprehensive visibility, and seamless collaboration across Security teams.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You will lead AI-driven security risk assessment initiatives across software products and enterprise platforms by transforming technical security findings into actionable remediation insights for engineering, product, and leadership teamsYou build and deploy AI agents that automate risk assessments, evidence collection, control testing, and risk scoring—while also gathering and visualizing security data for executive dashboards and reportingYou leverage AI-based tools and help build AI Agents which integrates with cloud platforms, SIEM, identity systems, and ticketing tools to drive seamless security risk and compliance operations, reducing assessment cycle times while improving accuracy and coverageYou train and enable Security teams to effectively use AI-powered tools, measure ROI through metrics like time saved and accuracy improved, and deliver demos and business cases that showcase tangible benefitsYou iterate continuously based on user feedback and stay ahead of AI innovation by evaluating emerging capabilities (LLMs, autonomous agents, automation frameworks) and applying them to solve real GRC challengesYOUR SKILLS MATTER
B.Tech /B.E /M.Sc /MCA in Computer Science or any similar disciplineYou have 7+ years of relevant experience in Security Risk Assessment, with demonstrable experience leveraging AI and intelligent automation to analyze risks and generate actionable security insightsYou have demonstrable experience applying AI to solve business and security risk challenges, with strong capability in translating complex risk data into executive-level documentation, dashboards, and actionable insights for C-suite leadershipYou possess hands-on experience with AI technologies—building or deploying AI agents, automation workflows and intelligent systems in enterprise environments, with familiarity in LLMs / prompt engineeringYou bring experience configuring Security platforms/ Technologies in pastYou demonstrate strong communication skills, can translate AI capabilities into business value and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectivelyWHAT WE OFFER
