For our Inventory and Forecast Planning department within division Rock Tools, this means ensuring a solid foundation for delivering products and meeting forecasts of customer demands by analyzing data, spotting trends and planning the most efficient ways to produce our tools. Your mission is to continue building stability and success in our supply chain As Planning and Logistics Manager, you have the overall responsibility for the performance of your team – ensuring a successful forecast for all Rock Tools products in line with both short and long-term sales targets, and setting the basis for inventory planning in your region (Europe, CIS, Middle East and West Africa). Our goal is to offer the right products to our customers – in line with set quality and quantity standards – and you actively work with our sales organization, global planners and outside partners to make this happen. By analyzing requirements and numbers, and by applying tools and practices for determining product demand, you execute and optimize our supply chain plan. Other important parts of your job are to follow up on inventory turnover and KPIs, and chairing our monthly S&OP meetings. You are also an important member of our management team. Who you are makes all the difference! You are a steady and coaching leader with strong people skills and proven leadership abilities. As you balance your role between a business point of view and the small details of logistics planning, you ensure that we do our very best to support the organization. You are analytical by nature and can easily grasp the bigger context. Although a degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is a merit, it can also be exchanged for relevant skills acquired from a working career in the field. As we operate in a global environment, you must have excellent English skills.
