Tech Stack You bring 5-10+ years of hands-on full-stack engineering - Java/JavaScript, backend-heavy, distributed systems. You've shipped solo or in tiny teams. You're not experimenting with AI, you're orchestrating itBusiness Fluency You align directly with senior business stakeholders, then context-switch into architecture decisions.
