YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You actively integrate AI tools and agentic workflows into your daily engineering practice, spanning code generation, automated testing, documentation, and autonomous task execution, while helping define sensible engineering practices around themYou design, build, and evolve scalable frontend features and shared UI libraries using React and TypeScript across multiple product areasYou stay hands-on in code, lead cross-team frontend initiatives, and drive topics from idea to production with clear customer and business impactYou architect and evolve our micro frontend platform using module federation, ensuring teams can ship independently without sacrificing consistencyYou raise the bar on performance, accessibility, testing, and engineering standards across the frontend disciplineYou collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, and mentor engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have proven experience in building production-grade frontend applications and operate confidently in architecture and implementationAI-Assisted & Agentic Development You actively use AI tools — such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or agentic frameworks — as a core part of your daily engineering workflow, applying them in ways that remain reviewable, reliable, and genuinely productiveReact & TypeScript You have deep expertise in React and TypeScript and write maintainable, testable, and performant code at scaleMonorepo You have worked with tooling such as Nx or Turborepo and understand how to structure shared libraries, enforce boundaries, and keep large codebases manageableCI/CD You own frontend pipelines in GitHub Actions, including testing, linting, bundling, and deployment automationCuriosity You are collaborative, product-minded, and willing to work across the stack when needed; familiarity with backend APIs, SSR, or mobile web is a plus
