For a versatile and exciting job within site services at our site in Svedala, we are now looking for a Site Service Manager to be a part of a local management team with high level of freedom to develop the team and the role. Your mission – To secure a good working environment for all our employees and visitors In this position, you lead and manage a small team that are responsible for Front Desk & meetings, Local IT, site communications and our facilities - ensuring we always deliver excellent service to managers, employees, suppliers and guests. Together with our real estate team, you also work tactically and strategically to provide and develop the facilities needed for an optimized production unit. With full budget responsibility for related cost centers, you have the mandate to make purchases and engage contractors – along with delegated EHS responsibility for the whole team. You make decisions in connection with trade union negotiations and, on behalf of the company, you propose other types of agreements and represent the employer towards employees, authorities, and associations when needed. Your character – A collaborative leader with excellent strategic and problem-solving skills We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree, preferably within Economics and experience from project management and managing people along with a very good general IT understanding. Experience from an equal position is also beneficial. As part of your job include managing maintenance of facilities, you also need an understanding of real estate questions. As we act locally as well as on a global stage, you are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Your personality is important to us. You are a true networker – utilizing your great communication skills building strong and lasting relationships. With a strategic mindset you easily solve the problems you encounter by taking action and with a sense of urgency.
