About this role
Key responsibilities:
Build and develop the HR department.Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and employee retention.Develop service culture and employee engagement.Implement internal rules, HR policies and labour discipline.Develop motivation, KPI and performance review systems.Support department heads in people management.Oversee HR administration in line with local labour legislation. Candidate requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Director, Head of HR or Senior HR Manager.Experience in a large company with at least 100 employees.Hospitality, restaurant or service industry experience is preferred.Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, motivation, performance management and labour discipline.Knowledge of labour legislation and HR administration.Fluent Russian.English: Intermediate or higher.Citizenship of Uzbekistan or CIS countries.Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
