We are looking a senior leader with previous experience from Leading senior level governance/investment landscape High level of commerciality and financially astute Bold, visionary and evidencing thought leadership Stakeholder management at all levels – high level of influencing at a senior level Create external partnerships to leverage platforms for sharing and learning Digital acumen Conceptualisation and strategy setting – able to articulate a strategic vision Large scale innovation and transformation programmes which have driven tangible business results Evidence of navigating complex organisational structures and environments Mastery in social skills and relationship building – creating impact and influence both quickly and sustainably General management /business operational experience (set strategies, execute and deliver results etc) Exceptional leadership in a large, complex global consumer led company • Lead the creation and execution of the ‘Entrepreneurship for the many’ approach, empowering the wider IKEA community in the development of new solutions for our customers. • Define the scope, methodology, roles/responsibilities and ways of working for D&I. • Lead the integration of the ‘Develop New Solutions’ (DNS) process throughout INGKA. • Lead the establishment, facilitation and maintenance of the D&I governance model, including financial frameworks. • Create the road map for the establishment and evolution of the D&I approach at IKEA. • Ensure the visibility and sharing of D&I initiatives; within INGKA and throughout IKEA. • Leadership of the development and innovation unit. • Ensuring the necessary measures are in place to facilitate the scalability and deployment of development initiatives. Planning for success throughout the ecosystem. • Create the road map for the establishment and evolution of the D&I approach at IKEA. • Define, establish, and maintain D&I portfolios. • Facilitate the identification of the development initiatives required to reach our business objectives. • Lead the establishment of the D&I mind-set, approach and competence required throughout the business. • Lead the integration of development and innovation into the strategic and business planning landscapes The IKEA Group is a world leader in the home furnishing business.
