About this role

For this job, we need someone who’s strategic, tactical and operational – who’s able to move between the different perspectives. We need a problem solver, strong communicator and influencer with an analytical mind-set. To really thrive in this role, we also need someone who’s able to handle many different interfaces and tasks and who can navigate in a complex and interdependent environment. You’ll need to have a strong passion for people and great understanding of business. We need someone, who brings the experience of having worked with similar assignments for 15 years. Someone who’s worked with developing and implementing leadership strategies and leadership development offers. Someone who knows how to anticipate, identify and develop potential successors for key positions and how to support their leadership development. We need someone who understands business requirements and how to translate those to what it means for leadership. Someone who’s worked with translating data and insights connected to co-workers' needs. We’d like someone who’s also worked with building and leading international leadership programs and since this assignment is global, it’s a big plus if you’ve worked on the global arena. In the job you will: • Be the main contributor to develop leadership within the company • Be responsible for creating and implementing a new leadership strategy • Connected to the talent management strategy, create a systematic approach for leadership development • Identify the needs and gaps within leadership to support competence and behavioural movement • Together with the team, work with existing and new trainings • Based on the above points, lead creation and implementation of a leadership learning landscape, with a standardised toolbox as well as global programs • Lead the creation and standardisation of the change management learning offer • Ensure a new Performance Management concept • Lead and co-ordinate the ‘coach network’ that we have at the company and create a systematic approach on how to work with coaching. • Ensure that valid KPI´s are set to measure our development within leadership, performance and change So why IKEA?
