Lead a multi-product application engineers teamDefine product & Service requirements based on customer input and related applicationTechnical training to customers and internal stakeholdersTechnical support for claims (quality incidents) and performance issuesClarification of technical questions and recommendation for improvementsEnsure proper documentation about product performance (data collection and analysis)Support Innovation by providing market/customer feedback and customer needsLead and support customer specific projects in close collaboration with all stakeholdersApplies product engineering tools incl. specific requirements and provide input for improvementsClose collaboration with other BA’s and central functions Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a technical disciplineMinimum of five years’ experience in R&D, application engineering, and/or sales engineeringExperience in a related industries is preferredSolid product knowledge and understanding of relevant applications, including industry-specific requirements, is an advantageStrong communication and presentation skillsFluency in spoken and written EnglishProven experience in project managementStrong customer-oriented mindsetProven leadership experience Ready to drive with Continental?
