As a Product Specialist, you will execute territory plans and drive product adoption through effective customer engagement, consistent call execution, and strong product knowledge. You will also be supporting business growth by building relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering value-based product messaging aligned with patient needs
Key responsibilities:
Territory Execution
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIsExecute call plans based on territory segmentationEnsure consistent coverage and frequency of target HCPsCustomer Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with:Healthcare professionals (HCPs)Key accounts within assigned territoryDeliver clear and compliant product presentationsProduct & Disease Knowledge
Develop foundational understanding of:Disease areaProduct indications and benefitsEffectively communicate key product messages to customers Business Insights & Reporting
Provide feedback on:Customer needsMarket trendsCompetitor activitySubmit timely and accurate reportsCross-Functional Support
Support execution of marketing initiativesCollaborate with internal teams for aligned executionCompliance
