About this role

We're seeking a Manager, Customer CRM to drive the execution and optimization of strategic, data-driven email campaigns and lifecycle marketing programs for our HCPs. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Customer CRM, you'll play a critical role at the intersection of brand marketing, data insights, and customer experience—driving meaningful engagement and measurable business impact for healthcare provider audiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong email marketing expertise, proven ability to manage complex projects and agency relationships, and the ability to influence and collaborate across brand teams and internal stakeholders. You will oversee the development and delivery of best-in-class email campaigns while advancing audience strategy, lifecycle marketing optimization, and channel excellence.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Own the planning, strategy, and execution of HCP email campaigns aligned with brand and lifecycle marketing objectives, translating senior leadership direction into actionable campaign strategiesManage agency relationships and creative partners, overseeing asset development, quality standards, timelines, and budget accountabilityDevelop and manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies in collaboration with the Senior ManagerAnalyze campaign performance data and develop insights-driven optimization recommendations; identify and implement performance improvementsEstablish and champion email marketing best practices across campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, deliverability standards, and channel optimizationOversee complex project workflows, timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, on-brand executionEstablish and maintain campaign documentation, performance tracking systems, and reporting cadencesDevelop testing frameworks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the HCP email channelServe as a subject matter expert on email marketing strategy, providing guidance to brand marketing teamsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure email strategies align with broader omnichannel initiativesDrive refinement of processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and execution quality YOU BRING:

3-7+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or related digital marketing disciplineExperience managing external agency partners and overseeing project deliveryExperience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries preferredDemonstrated expertise with marketing automation platforms (SalesForce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar tools)Strong analytical skills with proven ability to use data for decision-making and strategy developmentProven track record of optimizing campaigns and improving performance metricsDeep knowledge of email marketing best practices: segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, deliverability, and complianceExcellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong ability to manage competing priorities and multiple simultaneous campaignsAbility to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment on strategyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field requiredSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience a plus Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ​
