Colliers is seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our growing Ballarat team. This is a key role, offering the opportunity to lead an established Victorian initiative across the sales, listing, leasing, and marketing of commercial properties throughout the Ballarat region.

What you can expect:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplaceSourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat and surrounding areasMaintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellersNegotiating property transactions from start to finishConducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial propertyCultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplaceDelivering market knowledge and advice to clientsCoordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.

You are a natural hunter who is commercially astuteYou are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholdersCurrent Real Estate License or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate We Offer You
Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm role, no weekend work!
