Are you a creative and organised marketer who enjoys working in a retail environment? Do you like bringing ideas to life and connecting with your local community?

The Hub Hornby is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the delivery of marketing activity across the Centre. This is a hands-on role based on site 32 Hours a week working closely with retailers, customers, and local partners.

This role will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, events, and day-to-day activity that help drive foot traffic and create a positive experience at The Hub.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns and promotionsCoordinate centre events, activations, and seasonal activitiesSupport digital marketing activity, including social media and email communicationsWork with external suppliers (design, media, etc.) to deliver contentBuild positive relationships with retailers and local community groupsHelp manage the marketing budget and track activity outcomesProvide general marketing and administrative support as required The Value you’ll add

Minimum two years marketing experience (retail experience is a bonus)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident communicator who enjoys working with peopleBasic knowledge of social media, email marketing, and digital toolsA proactive, practical approach with the ability to get things doneCreative thinker who can work within budgetsWhat we offer
