About this role
The Client Executive will have the responsibility in a named account environment generating revenue growth and managing Credit Union client relationships. You will develop close alliances with senior client management personnel, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements. You will be a strategic partner and primary contact for each client, helping them use data, analytics, software, and technology solutions to lead lending, risk management, fraud prevention, and member engagement.

You will grasp concepts quickly and share your knowledge of the industry and how data, software, and analytics can transform your customer's businessYou will collaborate with members across different teams balancing priorities, bringing the right people to the table, handling issues and identifying opportunitiesYou understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective, speaking their language, and promoting the voice of your customer to improve Experian's solutionsYou will develop forecasts, advance pipeline, and ensure delivery of solutionsYou will identify new ways to grow our business and expand current partnershipsYou will challenge yourself with different opportunities, prioritize accountability, build trust with your teammates and customersYou will report to the Senior Director, Credit Unions Northeast Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience5 + years of successful financial services experience with experience overachieving selling complex solutionsExperience managing a large, named stategic accountDemonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytic, fraud and software solutions within financial servicesExperience with risk management challenges and growth demands within the credit union or banking industryUnderstanding of customer priorities and the plans designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.Ability to travel up to 50%This is a remote position but you must live on the East Coast or Atlantic Region of the US. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
