About this role
You will report to the PMO and are responsible for the coordination and implementation, execution as well as completion of specific projects.
You will ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
You will manage multiple revenue cycle software implementations for healthcare clients ensuring important goals and project scopes are met.
Responsibilities:
Lead project planning and manage multiple, ongoing software implementationsDefine project scope, goals and deliverablesDefine project tasks and resource requirementsDevelop full scale project plansAssemble and coordinate project staffPlan and schedule project timelinesTrack project deliverables and manage risk and issues using appropriate toolsProvide direction to project teamMonitor and report on progress of the project to all partnersPresent reports defining project progress, problems and solutionsImplement project changes and interventions to achieve project goalsProject evaluations and assessment of resultsProvide feedback to internal team and development regarding process and product improvement 5+ years' experience with project manager responsibilities, in Healthcare (revenue cycle preferred)Experience leading implementations in healthcarePMP required (or must obtain within 1 year of employment)Healthcare industry experience facilitating in-depth knowledge of hospital operations is beneficialFamiliarity with Experian Health products is beneficialBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration or related field or studyEquivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for this roleKnowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project managementExperience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management10-25% nationwide travel Benefits/Perks:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
