What You’ll Do as a WMS Configuration Analyst
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
Configure and maintain WMS modules, workflows, RF processes, user roles, and reporting standards across warehouse operations.Support site rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements while ensuring adherence to configuration and platform standards.Provide day‑to‑day operational support, resolving WMS configuration and workflow issues and managing hypercare during go‑lives.Troubleshoot incidents to minimise operational disruption and ensure smooth warehouse execution.Drive continuous improvement by analysing operational processes and implementing efficiency‑focused configuration enhancements.Collaborate with integration, IT, and operations teams to ensure accurate data flow across ERP, TMS, WCS/WES, and MHE systems, while maintaining documentation and delivering training to superusers.
