JOB TITLE
Coordinator - Business Cycle | MAF Retail | Head Office Jordan
ROLE SUMMARY
The coordinator - Business Cycle is responsible for supporting the business operations and related policies and processes in the assigned store. The role holder is also responsible for filing documents related to the sourcing function.
ROLE PROFILE
- Comply the security and safety procedures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of company data.
- Prepare daily indicator reports and communicate them to the concerned section.
- Assist with the development of monthly reports of key business indicators and propose corrective measures.
- Assist with periodic audits of the warehouse/selling area and develop related action plans if required.
- Compete local purchase orders and transmit them to suppliers.
- Compile reports on the main indicators (Zero Stock, Leaflet Out of Stock).
- Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.
- Apply and follow Majid Al Futtaim Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures and instructions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration is preferred.
- 0-2 years in related function.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent listening abilities.
- High attention to detail.
