Job Overview
Trane Technologies is hiring Assemblers to build cooling fans and fan components used in data center servers. Previous assembly experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, electrical, mechanical, or industrial experience are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Assemble fan components and cooling systems
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Read work instructions and blueprints
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- 6+ months of industrial/manufacturing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Ability to work overtime

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- $18/hr
- OT may extend shift by 2 hours
Note: All new hires must complete orientation and the first two weeks of training on 1st shift.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
