🔧 What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Machine Operator / Filler Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and up to quality standards.
Daily Responsibilities
🥛 Operate dairy filling and packaging machines📦 Monitor packaging quality, seals, labels, weights, and expiration dates Perform machine adjustments and product changeovers Remove defective product and maintain quality standards📝 Complete production logs and quality documentation👀 Monitor production flow and machine performance🔧 Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate concerns🧹 Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area🦺 Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures🤝 Work closely with production teams to meet daily goals

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Yorktown, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
