- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and ranges.
- Identify mechanical and electrical appliance failures and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Perform hands-on appliance repairs, including replacing defective components and restoring equipment functionality.
- Explain appliance issues, recommended repairs, and estimated costs clearly to customers.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and communicate repair options during service appointments.
- Source and purchase replacement parts needed for repairs.
- Puls reimburses approved parts in accordance with its reimbursement process.
- Maintain accurate service records, repair details, and job updates through the Puls Tech app.
- Manage your availability and select service opportunities that fit your schedule.
- Travel independently to residential customer locations using your own reliable transportation.
