- Your New Role Serve residential and light commercial customers throughout Southampton, Pennsylvania, and surrounding communities within a typical 30 to 45-minute service radius.
- Diagnose and repair air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ventilation equipment, and indoor air quality systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC electrical components, refrigerant systems, thermostats, and controls to identify and resolve equipment problems.
- Perform HVAC repairs, preventive maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and system testing.
- Identify the root cause of heating and cooling issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacement options.
- Clearly explain system conditions, repair recommendations, and pricing to customers.
- Complete service calls independently while maintaining high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Document diagnoses, repairs, and service details using ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zip Solutions, or similar field service software.
- Monitor service performance metrics, including average ticket, close rate, and completed service calls.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and team members to keep appointments and service routes running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and properly care for assigned tools and equipment.
- Take responsibility for the quality of your repairs and provide professional service from start to finish.
