We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist , with a key focus on Recruitment and Personnel Administration . The main responsibilities and requirements for the role are detailed below.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
🔹 Recruitment & Hiring: manage applications, schedule interviews, update our database, write job descriptions, and handle contracts (new hires, terminations, modifications). 🔹 HR Administration: keep employee records up to date, organize documentation, and manage payroll variables. 🔹 Onboarding & Offboarding: ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees. 🔹 Generalist Role: support key areas such as training, employee experience, and workplace culture. 🔹 Training & Events: assist with organizing courses, internal activities, and office management. 🔹 HR Policy Development: contribute to the creation and implementation of HR initiatives.
