About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for freelance/contract work in Córdoba, Spain . This is an on-site position supporting network and IT infrastructure at business-critical sites in and around Córdoba. Compensation €19-26/hr (EUR hourly) Rates vary based on experience level and project complexity. Emergency and after-hours work may qualify for premium rates. Engagement Type Contract/Freelance basis Multi-day site projects, typically 2 days from 09:00 to 16:00, working alongside a second engineer Project-based or ongoing support Remote hands and smart hands services Key Responsibilities Install and connect network equipment and security appliances in comms rooms and network cabinets (MDF/IDF) Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic) Conduct racking, stacking, and labeling Perform patch panel and switch port work Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues Document all work with photos and detailed notes Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams
