We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of complex hardware and software development projects, from scope and planning through to delivery. You will work with cross-functional engineering teams and be accountable for predictable delivery that stays aligned with business objectives. This role suits a Middle Strong or Senior PM who works independently, makes decisions under uncertainty, and brings structure to teams without formal authority over them. This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

Mission
- Own project planning and execution: scope, milestones, schedules, and resource allocation Coordinate teams across hardware, software, embedded, and systems engineering Track progress and dependencies, and ensure agreed milestones are delivered on time Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and manage changes to scope and timelines Run planning sessions, project meetings, and status reviews that keep teams aligned Report on status, risks, and delivery outlook to stakeholders and leadership Maintain plans, documentation, and reporting in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools Improve project management processes and team efficiency
