• Your Role in Our Mission As a Risk & Fraud Manager, you protect the integrity and financial stability of NEXT Ventures' ecosystem.
• You will lead efforts in identifying anomalies, executing account verification protocols, investigating complex client claims, and leveraging data analytics and AI automation to safeguard platform policies while optimizing workflow efficiency.
• How You’ll Make an Impact (Key Responsibilities) Client Activity Research & Monitoring: Conduct thorough, recurring research into client activities to identify anomalies, verify account authenticity, and strictly enforce platform compliance.
• Verification Operations : Oversee and execute verification procedures to confirm the legitimacy of new and existing client accounts, including rigorous identity document reviews.
• Investigations & Dispute Resolution: Analyze evidence and underlying documents to understand client claims in depth, delivering clear resolutions or technical explanations based on thorough data analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal departments and cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and mitigate potential fraud risks effectively.
• Data Analytics & Pattern Recognition: Regularly analyze and interpret complex business metrics, test hypotheses, project outcomes, and uncover suspicious patterns to inform executive decisions.
• Innovation & Platform Integrity: Generate innovative and creative ideas by thinking outside the box to continuously enhance the platform's integrity.
• Workflow Optimization & Efficiency: Take a hands-on approach to refining operational processes, workflows, and technologies to achieve high efficiency and company-wide strategic goals.
• Market Intelligence & Proactive Defense: Continuously monitor industry developments and analyze risk impacts on the platform's integrity, proposing strategic product enhancements and identifying novel anomalies to keep the platform secure and competitive.
• What You Bring (Required Qualifications & Skills) Data & Analytics Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace, and Power BI or Metabase.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is a distinct advantage.
• AI & Technical Automation: Demonstrated expertise using AI tools and automation strategies to streamline workflows.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong capacity to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and make operational decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills, capable of explaining technical findings and policy decisions clearly.
