The People & Talent team Hey, I’m Polina a Talent Acquisition specialist here at Eventim! My team’s main focus is empowering our people to do their best work! And we are looking for an intern that is eager to learn about and make an impact on everything that goes into that: from finding talented new colleagues to keeping daily people operations running smoothly. You will get the chance to gain a broad perspective on how People & Talent operates in an international company, with room to explore your interests, share innovative ideas and take ownership as you grow.
What will you do?
- You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to both recruitment and HR management: Find our next generation of talent.
- You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for interns joining in September 2027, from defining profiles with hiring managers to screening applications and conducting interviews.
- Connect with candidates.
- You will be the first point of contact for candidates and help ensure they have a positive experience throughout the process.
- Dive into people systems.
- You will learn to work with a variety of people management tools, including Workday and Leapsome.
- Keep things moving.
- You will help manage our People & Talent inbox, respond to questions and make sure requests reach the right people as quickly as possible.
- Take care of the details.
- You will learn how to draft a variety of employment documents and proactively support the team with that.
- Improve the way we work.
- You will spot opportunities to improve processes and share your ideas on it.
- Take more responsibility.
- As you learn, you will gain ownership of your work and become increasingly independent.
