You keep our buildings safe and working well. You fix faults, get offices ready for new tenants and plan your work in our app. What you do As caretaker you work in all our multi-tenant office buildings. In the Element Offices App you see which service requests are open and at which location. That way you plan your week by location and take what you need with you. Job done? Tick it off in the app and move on to the next one.
Your tasks
- getting office space ready and handing it over to new tenants;
- fixing technical faults;
- periodic building inspections;
- preventive maintenance, so that damage and faults are kept to a minimum.
You work independently and as part of a team, so that tenants and property owners never have to worry about the buildings we manage.
About you
- You live in the Randstad and hold a category B driving licence.
- You work at least at MBO level (Dutch vocational education).
- You have technical insight and know the safety rules, such as NEN 3140 and Dutch occupational health and safety (Arbo) rules.
- You can read construction drawings.
- You are service-minded, communicate easily and know what comes first.
- You speak and write Dutch fluently and work comfortably with different systems.
