During your Food & Beverage internship at RCN Domaine de la Noguière, you'll gain hands-on experience in the restaurant and kitchen, work with an international team and make every day a new adventure. What will you be doing? During your internship, you'll become part of our Food & Beverage team and discover how the different areas of a holiday park's hospitality operation work together. You'll gain experience in the restaurant, on the terrace, behind the bar and in the kitchen.
Your tasks will include
- Welcoming guests and taking orders in the restaurant and on the terrace.
- Serving food and drinks and helping guests choose from the menu.
- Assisting with food preparation and mise en place in the kitchen.
- Supporting colleagues in the kitchen, snack bar and dishwashing area.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and welcoming.
- Working together with your team to create a great holiday experience for our guests.
Depending on your interests and educational requirements, you may explore different areas or focus more on kitchen work or guest service. Who are we? RCN Domaine de la Noguière is the most southerly RCN campsite, located near Le Muy in Provence, approximately sixteen kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea.
