During your reception internship at RCN Domaine de la Noguière, you'll develop your hospitality skills, work in an international team and enjoy an unforgettable time in Provence.
What will you be doing?
- As a reception intern, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet.
- You'll welcome them, answer their questions and help them enjoy a relaxing holiday from the moment they arrive.
- You'll discover the different responsibilities of a holiday park reception, combining guest service with administrative tasks.
Your tasks will include
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
- Answering questions in person, by phone and by email.
- Helping with reservations, payments and administrative tasks.
- Sharing information about park activities and local attractions.
- Supporting guests with questions and finding solutions to unexpected situations.
- Working closely with colleagues to create a wonderful holiday experience.
You'll receive guidance from experienced colleagues and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows.
Who are we?
RCN Domaine de la Noguière is the most southerly RCN campsite, located near Le Muy in Provence, approximately sixteen kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea. The park has a typically French atmosphere with lavender, mimosa and oleander. Day trips to Cannes, Nice, Saint-Tropez and Monaco combine well with a relaxing day on the park.
