Booston is a fast-growing scale-up in Houten developing innovative software to automate and improve recruitment. More than 120 intermediaries, staffing agencies and large employers already use our solutions. As a combination of a software company and an online marketing company, we help clients make their recruitment marketing more effective. We are looking for a New Business Account Manager to actively drive our next stage of growth. Over het bedrijfOur software modules support every aspect of online recruitment marketing: from employer branding and job posting to search engine optimization, analytics and reporting.
With our in-house developed recruitment software system, we help clients set up and optimize online marketing campaigns. This enables them to automate recruitment marketing and make vacancies easier and faster to find.In addition to software, we support businesses with strategic advice and the hands-on delivery of online marketing campaigns. We take a personal approach: you will work directly with your own clients and help them with their online recruitment marketing. Our office is in Houten. The team currently consists of three people and will soon grow to four.
You will work with colleagues who are passionate about online marketing and recruitment. Booston’s development team consists of nine people and works from another location. Booston more than doubled in size in 2022, and we expect another major step forward in 2025. Join this growth phase and help strengthen the market position of our innovative software.
