CareerSolution outplacement and reintegration HaarlemCareerSolution outplacement and reintegration Haarlem - 085-8885-143 Reintegration 2nd track Reintegration coach for experienced professionals Is a return to their own job with their current employer no longer feasible? If this proves unfeasible, the employer initiates the second track. This often occurs around the first-year evaluation, sometimes earlier, based on the advice of the company doctor and possibly an occupational health assessment. The second track is part of the action plan drawn up jointly by the employer and employee. Read more about second-track reintegration .
