- Our products range from autonomous feeding and manure cleaning robots to advanced milking systems.
- Bringing these technologies together requires a strong systems engineering approach, connecting different disciplines to create solutions that work as one.
- As a Senior Systems Engineer for our Milking Robot product line, you take a holistic view of the system and guide technical decisions throughout the product development process.
- You work closely with colleagues from different engineering disciplines and contribute to the further development of Systems Engineering across Lely.
- We welcome expertise from mechatronics, robotics, control engineering or another technical discipline, as long as you bring relevant Systems Engineering experience.
Your main responsibilities include
- Develop and maintain system architecture, translating product needs into system-level requirements and interfaces that ensure the different components work together effectively.
- Guide multidisciplinary technical decisions from the concept phase through to product release.
- Connect expertise across mechanical, robotics, control, electronics and software engineering.
- Safeguard the technical objectives and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
