As Head of Marketing, you lead our marketing team day to day and help them grow into a sharper unit and turn data into decisions that move marketing forward. Job requirements This is what you'll do As Head of Marketing, you lead a team of 7 marketers (6 based in our HQ and one based in Cologne) and make sure they have clear priorities, real ownership, and room to grow. Strategy is something you shape together with our founders, but this is a hands-on role: you translate direction into campaigns, tools, and targets the team can execute against. You're not managing from the sidelines: you stay close to the work, read the dashboards yourself, and change course when the data tells you to.
You build the dashboards that show what's working, spot where the funnel leaks, and use that to steer the team's next move. As we shift from a sales led model to a product led one, you work closely with the Product team to keep Dyflexis moving in the same direction.
