Finance (FP&A) Role Summary: As the EMEA SIP Analyst, you will own the EMEA Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) from target setting through to payout.
Working within the I+S Centre of Excellence Total Rewards team, you will ensure the plan is accurate, funded, clearly understood and trusted, supporting the right sales behaviours. The 2027 plan redesign introduces individual sales targets for approximately 100 sellers. The plan comprises Individual DGP (40%), BU Area DGP (40%) and BU EMEA DGP (20%), replacing NWC and EBITDA measures. Payouts occur annually, with quarterly performance updates for participants. You will partner closely with Sales leaders, FP&A and HR Business Partners, provide back-up support to the North America Senior SIP Analyst and contribute to the wider EMEA Total Rewards calendar. Approximately 80% of the role focuses on SIP and 20% on broader Total Rewards activities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
