You combine creativity with commercial insight, identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into concrete actions. You'll join an enthusiastic marketing team and work closely with colleagues from our front desk.
What will you do?
- Contribute creative ideas to our online presence, new collections, campaigns and promotional activities.
- Improve our online visibility through SEO, optimising product descriptions, meta titles and category pages, among other things.
- Set up online advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and Google Shopping, and optimise them based on performance.
- Monitor webshop orders and work closely with our logistics team to ensure a smooth process from order placement to delivery.
- Act as a point of contact for our webshop customers, providing professional and customer-focused support via email.
- Take a solution-oriented approach to questions about orders, deliveries, returns and complaints, and recommend suitable alternatives when needed.
- Develop and optimise automated email flows, such as welcome emails, abandoned cart reminders and product recommendations.
- Analyse webshop performance using Google Analytics and Shopify, translating insights into concrete improvements.
- Optimise the webshop and maintain an attractive, professional appearance, ensuring that product information, prices, stock levels and images are always accurate and up to date.
