- As logistics team leader , you are responsible for the daily management and execution of all logistics processes.
- You coach and lead a team of approximately 6 logistics employees.
- You make sure that goods receipt, storage, internal transport, order picking and shipping run smoothly and safely . You maintain internal and external contacts.
- You are actively present on the work floor, keep an overview, make adjustments where needed and make sure the administration in ERP/WMS is correct.
- You also continuously work on improvements in processes, efficiency and delivery reliability . You monitor safety , order and tidiness (QHSE/safety guidelines).
- Managing KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, lead times, picking efficiency and transport costs is also one of your tasks.
- WHAT DO WE ASK? - At least 5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations, preferably in a production environment, of which 2 years as team leader/manager. - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, ...
