File Controller / Website Administrator (37 hours)
Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous, independent, and service-oriented data verifier and website administrator to join our team immediately (37 hours per week). As a file inspector and website administrator, you are responsible for receiving, checking, managing, and forwarding digital files and order data. You review submitted files for technical quality, completeness, and suitability for production, and promptly report any discrepancies to clients and internal departments. In addition, you'll be responsible for maintaining our website and online store: you'll keep product information, text, and images up to date and consistent. You'll handle the product photography for the website and online store yourself, and edit and archive these images in our digital image library. What are you going to do? Your work will be varied and flexible.
Your responsibilities will include
- Social Media Management: Managing social media channels and creating, designing, and publishing creative and engaging posts to promote our products and increase WISA's online visibility.
- Website Management: Managing, maintaining, and optimizing our website and online store.
Implementing changes and improvements, and proactively proposing creative ideas to continuously enhance the appearance, user-friendliness, and online presentation of our products.
